Turnover has risen past the £30m milestone at a demolition and waste management specialist headquartered in Hampshire.
Collard Group marks its 25th year in business in 2019 and offers services to the construction industry and domestic customers.
Newly filed results revealed the business turned over £34m in the year to 31 December 2018, up from £29.6m 12 months earlier.
A statement signed off with the figures hailed "another successful year" for the company.
Pre-tax profits for the year slipped to £2.8m from £3.6m in 2017. This was down to a hike in the employment of support staff and infrastructure costs.
"The balance sheet remains very strong," the company added.
Robert Collard said: "I am very pleased with the continued growth of R Collard Ltd and would like to thank the continued loyalty of our staff and customers."
