Regatta, the outdoor clothing frim which was founded by Keith Black in 1981, is headquartered in Urmston. It remains under the ownership of the Black family.
Besides its namesake, the company is also behind the Craghoppers, Dare2b and Hawkshead brands.
For the year to 31 January 2019, Regatta reported turnover of £198m compared to £183m the prior period.
Pre-tax profits were also up from £14.7m to £20.4m.
During the course of the year, the group embarked on a number of long term projects to support the ongoing growth of the business and to "prepare for any changes that may emerge as a result of Brexit".
These include a logistics hub opening in Poland to service mainland Europe, while a programme to upgrade Regatta's core IT systems has also been launched.
Looking ahead, it said: "While the nature of the weather will continue to be an important factor affecting results for the coming year, the board is confident that the business is well positioned to maintain steady growth."
